The basic functionality of Tecnomen Video Mail is quite similar to traditional voice mail. Unanswered calls are forwarded to the video mail service. Callers will see subscribers’ personalised video greeting and can leave video messages. Subscribers are notified of messages and can view them via their 3G terminal at a convenient time. Advanced services and capabilities, such as personalisation, further enhance the usability of Video Mail beyond that of traditional messaging. |
