US : Unity Wireless is pleased to announce the next order for its 450 MHz High Power 3G OFDM Amplifier (HPA) series from one of North America’s largest wireless network equipment manufacturers.

As mentioned in the company’s July 18th press release, This OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing) mobile broadband network technology addresses the unique needs of wireless data in an innovative way. The system is an IP-based broadband cellular network designed for data, and outperforms 3G in all critical areas of performance.

Unity’s product is part of that client’s mobile broadband network deployment in Eastern and Western Europe providing customers with wireless broadband services through a fully mobile offering. Most notable is the system's application providing mobile broadband coverage to a high speed train line that travels at speeds in excess of 200km/h.
