Nimbuzz Messenger Now Available for Android Devices

UK : Nimbuzz have announced that its messenger application is now available for Android Powered handsets.
This version is optimised for Android and enables alerts of activities to appear on your home-screen when the app is running in the background. Additionally, it features a long-click short-click recognition system that varies functionality based on the length of key press. For example, a short click opens a buddies profile while a long click opens a chat window.
Furthermore, Nimbuzz reconnects automatically when your connections is lost and also has a smart buddy list which intelligently optimizes your buddy list for increased efficiency. Clickable URLs can also be used to share links with your buddies as well as support for local social networks such as Gadu Gadu (Used in Poland)..
Nimbuzz also features Skype, bringing voice conversations to the equation and is currently compatable with many major players in the social world including: Yahoo, Windows Live, ICQ, Google Talk and Facebook.
