Global : Fring, which is a mobile application that enables communication on mobile devices, have announced mobile video calling over the internet on the iPhone.
This is the first video service launched on the iPhone and will also work on the iPod touch.
The service is totally free and works on the internet either through WiFi or by using your monthly data allowance.
The video functionality is built into the fring application, which enables free voice and video calls from your iPhone to other fring users, Skype, Google Talk amongst others. The fring application also enables live instant messaging chat, file sharing and profile creation.
The fring application can be used to communicate with users across different online instant messaging services, such as MSN, Google Talk and Skype, all in one manageable list.
