iFone Leaps Ahead in the Asian Wireless Entertainment Market

iFone leaps ahead in the Asian wireless entertainment market
* Signs major operator deals with Hutchison Telecom, M1 and Far EasTone
* Leading UK wireless entertainment publisher to expand content on
wide-scale to Asia
* Further deals expected Q1 2003

Wireless entertainment publisher, iFone, tannounced a major expansion
into the Asian market, signing a series of partnerships with key mobile
operators. The contracts will see iFone provide operators and their
subscribers with premium gaming content, including Atari Classics such as
Asteroids, Breakout, Pong and Centipede, wireless versions of traditional
board games such as Monopoly and Cluedo, and cutting-edge titles like
Stuntman and V-Rally.

Operators who have signed up to receive iFone's content include M1 in
Singapore, Hutchison Telecom in Hong Kong and Far EasTone in Taiwan. The
games will be available to users of these networks with Java-enabled
handsets.

As part of iFone's commitment to providing cutting-edge wireless content,
the company will ensure all of its games are delivered to operators and
consumers in the appropriate language and with local relevance. Subscribers
can expect to benefit from additional Atari classics and other exciting
titles from iFone as they become available.

Chief Commercial Officer at iFone, Lewis Macdonald, said, "The Asian market
is extremely important for us. We have worked hard to build our reputation
in the region and these high profile deals prove that the games we're
offering are hitting the right note. We look forward to rolling-out our
content to further countries in the area, including China, Malaysia,
Thailand and the Philippines."

iFone currently provides market-leading entertainment content to a number of
mobile operators worldwide, including Hutchison 3G, Vodafone and O2 in the
UK, Deutsche Telecom in Germany, and Sprint in the US.
