O2 Take Next-Generation Messaging Platform

US : Comverse Technology announced that O2 Germany has selected Comverse InSight(TM) as its next-generation platform for voice and data value-added services.

Based on a modular, standards-based, open IP architecture, the Comverse InSight environment is an enabler for next-generation services with a rich multimedia user experience.

"We chose the Comverse InSight solution after a thorough and careful selection process. InSight met our business objectives including our desire to provide our subscribers with additional enhanced, user-friendly next generation services, while managing costs and improving operational efficiencies," said Charly Rohrsen, Chief Technology Officer at O2 Germany.
