Europe UK : 3, the mobile media company, announced the appointment of Bruno Duarte ( inset ) as its UK Strategy Director.

As Strategy Director Duarte is responsible for managing strategy formulation and implementation, and as part of 3’s senior management team will work closely with other members to develop 3’s services and approach to the market. He will also be responsible for market research and analysis. The Strategy Director position is a new role at 3, reporting to CEO Bob Fuller.

Prior to joining 3, Duarte was a Partner in the Paris office of management consultancy Arthur D. Little, where he led the Telecom practice. He was focused on business strategy issues in the telecoms industry. He was with Arthur D. Little for over ten years in a variety of roles and was Director of the global mobile expert circle. His clients included mobile operators, private equity funds and telecom equipment vendors.

Bruno Duarte is a French Citizen. He is 39 and is married with three children.
