Europe Italy : DyLogic unveiled its new PSE Broadcaster Genie, an innovative appliance for audience-generated 3G video calls broadcasting. This turn-key solution allows broadcasting studios to manage both live and recorded 3G-based video calls, automatically converting and streaming them to SDI, ready-to-mix video output. With PSE Broadcaster Genie, 3G users don't need to download any software to start a compelling, interactive experience: they can participate in their favourite TV Show simply by placing a standard video call to a single service number. Participation TV Shows can thus leverage on this broadcaster-friendly solution to capture the audience, furthermore having the opportunity to drive new revenue streams from mobile Premium video services. "Participation TV shows are just one of the possible usages of the PSE Broadcaster Genie" said Cristoforo Mione, Head of Sales & Marketing for DyLogic.
