3G WCDMA Wireless Softswitch Core Infrastructure Solution passes 3GPP R4

US : UTStarcom, Inc. announced that its MovingMedia 8000 3G Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) wireless softswitch core infrastructure solution has successfully completed 3GPP R4 standard performance testing in China. UTStarcom conducted the tests at the MTNet labs with the Research Institute of Telecommunications Transmission (RITT), a division of the China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR).
