Europe : Nokia have unveiled the Nokia 6760, which is a new slide phone coming to Europe. It’s a similar device to the Nokia Surge which was announced in the US last week. The Nokia 6760 is designed for SMS messaging quickly, featuring a full QWERTY keyboard.


The 6760 has a 2.4 inch QVGA display, 3.2 Mega pixel Camera, Micro SD card (up to 8 GB); 5 hours talk time and 500 hours standby time.

As expected in a device designed for messaging the device comes with Nokia messaging as well as support for Mail for Exchange, Windows Live Messenger, Facebook, Twitter and Myspace.

The 6760 Slide is expected to be available in the third quarter of this year, with a cost of around 200 Euros. The new mobile will be available in black, red and white.
