T-Mobile UK Targets Improved Customer Service and Billing

UK : T-Mobile UK has awarded a four year contract to Amdocs for the management of a number of back office IT systems. T-Mobile UK has a customer base of 16.5 million users and the services to be provided by Amdocs are -

 

- development and management of customer billing

- customer care and ordering system

- the modernization of the ordering system

 

Amdocs has worked with T-Mobile UK for a number of years and the new agreement is seen as a significant milestone towards a new approach for both companies.
