19th March 2003

Formula Telecom Solutions introduced its comprehensive billing and customer relationship management (CRM) solution for mobile operators who are transitioning from TDMA to any other cellular technologies. The solution incorporates integrated support for 2G, 2.5G and 3G environments.

As operators evolve their networks into complex, hybrid environments, it is essential that mission-critical systems, such as CRM and billing, can
continue to effectively bill for all services. Formula Telecom Solutions'
(FTS) Leap Plus product suite provides full CRM and billing support for hybrid
networks, enabling operators to follow any migration path of their choice and
provide their subscribers with a comprehensive breakdown of their usage,
irrespective of the combination of technologies used. Next generation content
billing is performed by an integrated adjunct rating engine that is flexible
enough to rate and bill voice and data services, integrate prepaid and
postpaid services and allow for dynamic cross-discounting and promotions for
as yet unknown services and future 'killer applications' yet to be developed.
"Effective CRM and billing for transitioning TDMA operators has become one
of the most critical challenges for the North American telecom industry,"
commented Isaac Eldar, VP Marketing and Sales for Formula Telecom Solutions.

"Formula Telecom Solutions has responded to carriers' demands by launching a
comprehensive, technology agnostic, CRM and billing solution that protects
carriers' existing revenues and helps them to increase ARPU during their
complex transition projects."
