CIGALE UMTS provides Key Performance Indicators for the Radio Access Network
as well as Call and Transaction Detail Records (CDR./TDR) and call trace functions.
It also enriches drive test data with Radio Measurements in order to handle macro-diversity behaviour and Radio Resources Management.

CIGALE UMTS will be of a great help in the first phase of the network rollout, which
will cover mainly greater Vienna, Graz, St. Pölten, Eisenstadt and Linz.
This first implementation is the fruit of a one-year narrow collaboration between H3G
and Astellia. This closed partnership continues on the same conclusive basis in order
to warranty the success of further network evolution.
