| NTT DoCoMo Licenses Picsel Browser |

Picsel enabled sigmarionIII device, which utilises the Windows(R) CE.NET
Operating System and is powered by an Intel(R) PXA255 400MHz processor,
will debut in Japan by June 2003. Picsel Browser on sigmarionIII will
