16th May 2003

Info Directions announced a contract extension with Monet Mobile Networks, the nation's only true 3G wireless Internet service provider. Monet Mobile Networks will continue using Info Directions' CostGuard(R) ASP to manage its back office billing and customer care needs.

Fueled by consumer demand for high-speed Internet access and an increasingly mobile workforce and lifestyle, Monet Mobile Networks provides high-speed, wireless Internet access for laptop, desktop and handheld PCs. The company has used Info Directions' web-based CostGuard ASP system to bill real-time wireless data usage since 2001. Today, Monet offers high-speed, mobile access to the complete Internet, enabling ubiquitous access to e-mail, contact and calendar information, the ability to download large file attachments, streaming video, multimedia, position location services, live chat and secure access to corporate intranets and databases - all for a flat monthly fee.

"As we've grown and expanded service throughout the Midwest, our ability to maintain quality customer care and execute seamless billing operations has been critical to our success," said Peter Salazar, vice president of IT for Monet Mobile Networks. "Initially, Info Directions' expertise made it an obvious choice for the rapid deployment we needed. Now, as we continue to build out our CDMA 2000 EV-DO network, we value the many benefits that Info Directions brings to us from a bottom-line business perspective."

"We are pleased to continue our partnership with Monet Mobile Networks as it capitalizes on the vast potential of Internet-based services in the wireless market," said Donald Culeton, president of Info Directions. "Monet Mobile Networks is a leader in the industry because it understands how wireless broadband can be leveraged to help consumers enjoy better quality of life--the company has mastered both the science of technology and the art of service. We look forward to Monet Mobile Networks Renews Contract supporting Monet Mobile Networks' efforts to revolutionize the way residential customers and business users connect to and use the Internet."
