UK : Three (3) have announced price cuts in its MiFi packages, just in time for Christmas.
MiFi (Mobile WiFi) enables a user to share their mobile broadband between multiple devices or friends by creating a personal Wi-Fi network.
It does this by using a modem to send out a WiFi signal.
The new pricepoints reduce the cost of the modem to £49.99 on the “BroadBand 5GB 1 Month” package, which is a saving of £20 pound on the previous pricing. The package itself costs £15 a month for 5GB data allowance, which is more than adequate for most internet users.
Additionally, the price of the 3GB MiFi Ready-To-Go kit has been rediced by £30 to £69.99. The package includes the wireless modem and 3GB data allowance to use over a maximum of 3 months.
Lastly, MiFi can now be bought on Pay As You Go where you can get the model alone for just £49.99.
