: QUALCOMM announced the availability of third-generation (3G) CDMA2000
and WCDMA (UMTS) training courses on DVD-ROM format, which are being
offered by QUALCOMM's CDMA University, the technical training group
of the Company. Offered individually or as a complete set of six DVDs,
the instructional courses cover all operating modes of CDMA, including
CDMA2000 1X and WCDMA (UMTS), and are designed to help wireless professionals
gain a better understanding of CDMA technology, its optimum design,
and how it operates in real-world networks.
