One major improvement that Android 2.0 brings is that you can add multiple accounts for email and contact synchronization. Meaning you can easily sync your work and personal email and contacts into one manageable list.

Another new function with Android 2.0 is the “Quick Contact” (Shown above) function which enables you to click on a contact and get a quick contact bar with all the contacts different communication modes . For example, they may have email, mobile, home and the list is displayed with easily identifiable icons.

Android 2.0 also adds the capability to search through all your saved text messages, which is a pretty useful function.

Your email from multiple accounts is combined into one email inbox with Android 2.0, making it easier to check and locate your emails.
