New Telecom and Acoustic Tester for 3G Mobile Phones

Israel : A new piece of test equipment kit has been launched for GSM and 3G UMTS mobile phone testing.  The new TCA 100 T1 tester for telecom and acoustic testing has been launched by Hermon Laboratories.


The new TCA4100 ( TS 51.010-1, TS 26.131/2 ). The measurement capability of the TCA4100 has been approved by the GCF and PTCRB and validated by an independent test house.


Alex Usoskin,” CEO of Hermon Labs said “With the addition of GSM / UMTS acoustic testing with our TCA 4100 or TCA 8200 test equipment, it makes it easier and faster than ever before to develop and test new cellular handsets for developers, operators, labs and production testing and make it easier to use than ever before”.


GCF/PTCRB-approved test platforms customers can create test reports for measurements according to 3GPP TS 26 131 and TS 51.010 which include a statement that the test results have been achieved on a GCF/PTCRB-approved test platform.


The acoustic transmission and replay quality of user equipment is its most important characteristic in everyday use. With our easy to use software, we add other features that help customers test with our TCA 4100. Other required tests that is offered; VOIP TIA810B and TIA 920/A, Bluetooth, WI-FI, VQT (PESQ/MOS), TMOS (TOSQA), MP3 (EN 50322) and more
