Europe Ireland : 3, Ireland's mobile media network, announced that its products and services are now on sale in over 270 outlets nationwide including:-

154 Xtra-vision stores 48 Carphone Warehouse stores

21 3G stores over 50 independent outlets

In addition, 3's pay-as-you-go customers can purchase 3Pay "top-up" vouchers in over four and a half thousand outlets nationwide.

Robert Finnegan, Managing Director, 3 Ireland commented: "3 has undertaken a massive retail rollout since launch last year, ensuring our products and services are available on high streets up and down the country. This is an exciting time as 3 brings more competition to the Irish market place through better value and choice than ever before. Everyone talks about Rip Off Ireland but consumers can change that by switching networks and getting a better deal."

Last month, 3 launched its market-leading offer of 5c text, picture and video messaging for everyone, any network any time. 3's 5c text, picture and video messaging is the most competitive on the market.
