US : Dilithium Networks confirmed that Spreadtrum has licensed Dilithium's market-leading 3G-324M ( block diagram above ) video telephony stack software, further consolidating their leadership in the 3G phone market. Spreadtrum develops chipset solutions for TD-SCDMA video handsets and has already incorporated Dilithium's technology into its SC8800 series platform.
