UK : We brought you news of the Samsung Corby previously, which is a touch-screen mobile aimed at the youth market.

 

The Samsung Corby will be released in the UK, but will be called the Samsung Genio.

 

The Samsung Genio is identical to the Corby in every way. The Samsung Genio has a two colour design and supports all the popular social networks that youngsters spend so much time on including FaceBook, Twitter and Youtube.

 

The Samsung Genio also has an FM radio and supports the popular “Fake Call” option and has a 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen.

 

The Samsung Genio comes in a choice of colours including Jamaican Yellow, Cupid Pink, Minimal White and Festival Orange.

 

The Samsung Genio will launch in the UK in mid-September.
