Overview

The Apple iPhone 6 and the bigger iPhone 6 Plus are here and they are thinner, more powerful and feature-packed than ever.

The new 4.7-inch display on the iPhone 6 is not only larger than the iPhone 5S's 4-inch display, but it's also sharper thanks to the new higher 1334 x 750 pixel resolution. Want something even bigger? Then you should consider the iPhone 6 Plus with a 5.5-inch full HD 1080p display. Both new iPhones are powered by an even faster Apple M8 chip which makes the 64-bit CPU 20 per cent faster, while graphics performance is a whopping 50 per cent better.

Fitness is a big of the new iPhone which can measure the amount of steps you've taken, but also the number of stairs you've climbed thanks to the built-in barometer. When combined with iOS 8, which comes pre-loaded, it makes the iPhone 6 the perfect fitness companion.   That's all been packed inside a device that is just 6.9mm thick, but fear not because it still retains the same premium aluminium design that you've come to love. It's available in a choice of 16, 32, 64 or a new 128GB version with each available in Black, Gold, Silver or Grey.

For the first time ever Apple have included NFC support in their iPhone which works in conjunction with the new ApplePay. You can quickly and easily pay for items in store with your iPhone 6, which is hooked up to your credit card safely and securely through iTunes. On the back you'll find a new and improve 8 mega-pixel camera which can focus twice as fast as before and it also performs much better in low-light. But it gets even better because it also comes with optical-image-stabilisation and it can now shoot full 1080p videos at 60 frames per second!
