Overview

The Samsung Galaxy A10 is really all about its screen, because at 6.2 inches it’s one of the biggest budget phones you can get. But it’s not just big, it also has an HD+ 720 x 1520 resolution with a 19:9 aspect ratio and hardly any interruption, as there’s just a tiny teardrop camera lens at the top and a strip of bezel at the bottom.

Despite the big screen, the Galaxy A10 should comfortably fit in most hands, thanks to a slim 8.1mm thick body and the aforementioned lack of bezel.

It also has features you might not expect at this end of the market, such as facial recognition, letting you simply point the screen at your face to unlock it.

And while there’s just a single-lens camera on the back, it punches above its weight, with extras such as AR stickers, filters and stamps to make the most of your pictures.

The Samsung Galaxy A10 also offers all-day life thanks to its 3,400mAh battery, and it packs a surprisingly powerful octa-core processor. Coupled with the big screen that makes this great for games.

You get Android 9 as well, overlaid with Samsung’s polished One UI, which makes every interaction a breeze. And with a microSD card slot there’s plenty of storage potential for hundreds of apps. In fact, when bought from some stores – including Three – it also comes with a 32GB microSD card in the box, making it even better value.
