We heard rumours of a new variation of the Samsung Galaxy Grand during December, but now one online technology website is reporting this is actuallly the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo. Samsung previously launched the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 in November, 2013.
GSMArena, who we find are normally spot on with leaks via their tipsters, has seen an official press photo and basic specification details.
According to their information the Samsung Galaxy Grand Nero (above) is rumoured to ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, a 5.0 inch WVGA (480x800p) display, a 1.2GHz quad core Cortex A7 processor, 5MP camera, 1GB RAM and 8GB on-board memory.
The tipster indicated that the Galaxy Grand Neo would cost around £185 and would launch in the middle of February. This seems expensive to us here at 3G.co.uk when you put it alongside the recently announced, better specced, Asus ZenFone 6 which costs just £100.
Currently, it is unknown if the Samsung Galaxy Grand Nero will indeed be heading to the UK, but the GSMArena crew say it is heading to Belgium so we are optimistic it will land in the UK.
