Nokia and Microsoft have been best buddies ever since Nokia decided to use the Windows Phone operating system on the vast majority of its future smartphones. The latest outcome of this partnership is confirmation that the Microsoft Office Mobile Suite will be available on Nokia's Symbian smartphones.
The Microsoft Office Suite includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint which is everything you need to work on the move. Supported Symbian smartphones include the Nokia 701, Nokia 700, Nokia 603, Nokia E7, Nokia X7, Nokia C7, Nokia Oro, and Nokia C6-01.
The Office Mobile Suite is already available for Nokia Windows-based smartphone and this announcement covers almost all the bases. However, noticable Symbian smartphones emitted from the list include the Nokia N8, Nokia E6 or Nokia 500 but don't fear as Nokia have confirmed it'll come to these mobile shortly.
All three of the applications function as closely as the desktop versions as possible and full compatibility is guaranteed. So you can carry on working on your documents while your on the train or away from the office.
