| Java-Enabling Module for NEC Handsets |

ACCESS' Compact NetFront Plus has been integrated in all international i-mode handsets deployed to date. With Compact NetFront Plus, i-mode subscribers can seamlessly view content in formats like WML, HTML and cHTML. With JV-Lite2 Wireless Edition, a Sun-certified JavaTM virtual machine, international i-mode subscribers can download applications such as ring tones and games. JV-Lite2 conforms to the J2METM specification as well as the Java specification for i-mode (Version 1.5 Overseas Edition) under license from NTT DoCoMo. Luis Ezcurra, General Manager for Services Development said: "ACCESS has been an integral part of successful i-mode deployments throughout the world, so we are pleased to have its browser technology integrated in the first i-mode handsets rolled out in Spain. We believe that our new i-mode service 'MoviStar e-mocion' will add great momentum to the spread of mobile Internet connectivity in Spain."
