China : Top Global has won a bid from China Mobile for 3G video surveillance systems. This is a significant win for Top Global as China Mobile has over 485 Million mobile subscribers making it the largest in the world.
A year ago Top Global demonstrated the world's first TD-SCDMA Mobile Router during the Olympic games. Now, Top Global will supply its 3G mobile surveillance total solutions to China Mobile. China Mobile conducted many months of review and testing via the selection process and Top Mobile were selected over a number of International and local companies.
Recently, China Mobile confirmed it is expanding its 3G network with an additional 60, 000 3G base stations. Read more here.
