UK : T-Mobile has announced the T-Mobile Pulse, which runs on the Android operating system.
However, the T-Mobile Pulse is different from all the Android handsets that have come before, because it’s a “great value” handset rather than a “premium smartphone”.
The T-Mobile Pulse has one-touch internet capability and comes pre-loaded with Google services, such as Google Maps, Gmail and Google Talk. A huge array of applications can be downloaded straight to your phone from the Android Marketplace.
The T-Mobile Pulse, developed by Huawei, is powered by a powerful Qualcomm MSM7200A Chipset and weighs a mere 130g. It also has a 3.5 inch full touch-screen HVGA screen as well as trackball for all your navigational needs.
The 3.2 megapixel camera can snap great photos, which can be saved on the Pulse’s 2GB of internal memory.
The handset offers corporate email access using the Road sync client, enabling work emails to read wherever you are.
The T-Mobile Pulse will be launch in October and will be £179.99 on Pay As You Go.
