If you’re on Three then you should really get on Three+, as this app can help you get more for your money, with all sorts of rewards offered in addition to your monthly allowances.
Below we’ve detailed exactly what Three+ is, how you can get it, and what you can get from it.
Three+ is a loyalty app from Three, which gives you access to discounts and offers from various brands, along with competitions, and presale tickets to the UK’s biggest festivals, gigs, and shows.
It’s basically a replacement for the Wuntu app that the network used to offer, and is also comparable to Vodafone’s VeryMe service and O2 Priority.
Three+ is available to all Pay Monthly (including SIM-only) and Pay As You Go customers on Three, as well as business customers, and the network plans to also make it available to mobile broadband and home broadband customers soon. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with Three either – so even brand-new customers can make use of Three+.
The Three+ app is available to download from both the Apple App Store and Google Play, in fact you can even get it from Huawei’s AppGallery. However you need to be over 18 to register, and if you’re a Pay As You Go customer than you need to top up by at least £10 every 90 days to retain access.
The Three+ app is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 12 or later, Android devices running Android 9 or later, and Huawei devices running EMUI 11 or later. For anyone else, you can also access Three+ from a web browser.
The offers available on Three+ are rotated regularly, as are the brands that they come from. But examples include deals and discounts from the likes of Nike, Uber Eats, Cineworld, Bloom & Wild, Gousto, and many more.
At the time of writing for example you can get £10 off two orders at Uber Eats, a £3 Cineworld ticket, 10% off at Nike, 65% off your first box at Gousto, and many other offers.
Reward categories include days out, food and drink, and shopping.
Presale and discounted tickets to various festivals are also made available through the Three+ app, and the app sometimes includes competitions too. For example, at the time of writing you can win a seven-night trip to Mauritius.
Once you’ve registered for Three+ (by opening the app and entering your phone number as well as choosing a unique password different to your My3 one), you’ll be able to view all current offers whenever you launch the app.
Tap on a reward to view full details of it, then tap ‘Get Reward’ to claim it. From there, you’ll be given a code, usually along with a QR code, or in some cases just a link to tap, and instructions on how to redeem the offer.
This will generally mean either following a link and filling in your details, or giving the code to a member of staff at a relevant venue.
Yes, when you tap the ‘Get Reward’ button you’ll be given a code and the details you need to make use of it, but it will also automatically be saved in the ‘My codes’ section of the Three+ app, so you can easily return to it later.
Yes, they do. Different offers will have different expiry dates and terms, so it’s worth reading these in full, so you know how long you have to use them.
Some rewards can be shared, and for these an option will appear to share the code via email, SMS, or social media. However, not all codes can be shared, and in most cases a code is only one use, so if you do share yours then you probably won’t also be able to use it. But the specifics can always be found in the terms and conditions.
All of the offers you’ve clicked through to will be accessible from the ‘My codes’ section in the Three+ app. If you don’t see it here, then click the ‘Expired codes’ tab, as it may no longer be valid, in which case it will be visible there.
It’s worth double checking the expiry date and terms and conditions to make sure the code is still valid and being used correctly. If you’re certain it should work then in the first instance contact the brand’s support team (detailed in the offer’s terms), and if all else fails you can contact Three.
Hopefully, you won’t have any problems with the Three+ app, but if you do then Three’s customer team will usually be able to help. It’s also worth checking the official FAQ in case your issue is addressed there.
