There are several ways to contact Three’s customer support team, including by phone, live chat, using the 3 app or by visiting your local 3 store.

Different options are available depending on whether you are a personal or business customer, and there is even a dedicated support team for broadband customers.

Call centre numbers

If you’d like to speak to Three on the phone then the number you’ll need to call will depend on the type of plan you’re calling about, and whether or not you’re calling from a Three phone. There are also different numbers if you’re calling from abroad, but you’ll find all of the options below.

Opening Times

If you need to speak to Three on the phone, be aware that its call centres aren’t open 24 hours a day, but they are open seven days a week. Three's call centre opening times are:

  • Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 6pm

These opening times only apply to the call centre – opening times for Three’s stores vary, and details can be found further down.

Three Call Centre Contact Numbers

If you’re on a phone plan with Three – meaning one which includes a phone, or is a SIM Only or Pay As You Go plan that you’re using with a phone, then you should contact Three using one of the numbers in the left hand column of the table above.

If you have a mobile broadband product from Three (such as a tablet or mobile broadband router) then you should use one of the numbers in the right hand column of the table above.

Live chat

Three’s live chat service lets you speak to the network online by typing messages.

This service is available from 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday. It can be accessed here.

Local Three Store

If you’d rather contact your local Three store that’s an option too. There are 293 of these across the UK, so there’s likely to be one near you.

Store staff can assist you with purchase decisions, support for devices or services you’ve already bought from Three, top-ups, or network and allowance queries.

Three always tries to provide the best possible experience, whether you’re a new, existing or potential customer. However, if you haven’t been fully satisfied with Three’s service then the network would always want to hear about it so that it can put things right.
