The Samsung Galaxy Note was due to be updated to Android Ice Cream Sandwich, but the update has now been delayed until the second quarter of 2012.
As well as the update to the latest version of Android, Samsung are also releasing a "Premium Suite" for the hybrid device. The Premium Suite contains a couple of applications that take advantage of the Note's S-Pen stylus.
The first application included in the Premium Suite is "S-Note", which enables you to incorporate sketches and doodles into other media. You also get "MyStory", which is an application where you can make personalised cards which combine notes, videos, texts and much more.
The update to Android 4.0 will bring a number of improvements to the Galaxy Note including Visual Voicemail, Face Unlocking and Beam support. Ice Cream Sandwich also has a completely redesigned user-interface and application improvements across the board.
As soon as 3G get news of the exact release date of Android 4.0 for the Galaxy Note we'll let you know.
