Three has released figures relating to mobile broadband usage on their network.
Three has seen over 2,500 terabytes of mobile broadband traffic on its network. Three recently one best mobile broadband network in the UK which it has now won twice in a row and the network has 35% share of mobile broadband in the UK.
Unsurprisingly , Facebook came out at as the most popular service that customers use on their mobile broadband according to data usage. The second highest site was also related to Facebook, which is Zinga who's games feature on the Facebook site including the social phenomena Farmville.
The third site in the list is Apple.com, which figures because people with iPads and iPhones download applications, music and more from the Apple store. Google, which is the most popular site on desktop PCs came in 4th place.
What must be noticed is this is based on data usage, not frequency of visit as we'd imagine other sites might be visited more often but they don't use much data.
