The Nokia N8 has been added to Virgin Mobile's portfolio of mobile phones. The Nokia N8 on sale at Virgin Mobile is the first to come pre-loaded with the Virgin Media Player App.
The Virgin Media Player App. will let Nokia N8 users watch mobile TV whenever, wherever they are. It can also be downloaded from the Nokia Ovi Store to be used on any UK mobile network. Non Virgin Media customers should check their data usage charges though.
Some of the shows you can watch on the Nokia N8 include Comedy Central, MTV and South Park. Of course, the Nokia N8 comes with video shoot HD video capability and the bonus of video playback via a HDTV. Earlier this year the company launched its Virgin Media Player which can already be accessed through the Virgin Media Mobile portal to deliver its cutting edge TV On Demand service and through video-capable handsets.
The Nokia N8 is available from free from £40 on a Virgin Media pay monthly tariff with 1,200 inclusive minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited web access and free calls to other Virgin Mobiles. Virgin Media customers get the additional benefit of free calls from their home phone to their families' Virgin Mobiles during their inclusive free periods.
