The iPhone 18 Pro is a superb phone and a massive upgrade on the iPhone 17 Pro – especially when it comes to the cameras, chipset, and battery.
For cameras then, this has a trio of 48MP sensors on the back – one for wide shots, one ultra-wide, and one for telephoto (offering 4x optical zoom and 8x optical-quality zoom). And for the battery, the iPhone 18 Pro can deliver up to 34 hours of video playback, which is three more than the iPhone 17 Pro. It also charges faster, reaching up to 50% in just around 15 minutes with a wired charger, or in 30 minutes if you go wireless.
Beyond all that, the iPhone 18 Pro also has a crisp 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, tough Ceramic Shield protection on the front and back, water resistance to a depth of 6 metres for up to 30 minutes, 12GB of RAM, masses of storage, and a redesigned Dynamic Island that can show you more information.
And this ships with iOS 27, complete with Siri AI – a new, vastly improved Siri designed for the age of AI chatbots.
