Samsung and Phones 4U have joined forces to offer free tickets to football matches at London 2012 to those buying a Samsung Galaxy smartphone from the retailer.
Customers buying a Samsung Galaxy Note, Galaxy SII or a Galaxy Nexus from Phones 4U can get free tickets to games in the Olympic Football competition. Tickets are available for all the preliminary matches and the quarter finals !
Samsung are one of the official Olympic partners so we assume they are the ones offering the tickets to customers. Interestingly, it's also the second join-venture between Phones 4U and Samsung in recent times after Samsung announced they'd be opening a branded store inside Phone 4U's Oxford store.
3G wonders whether this could become a long term strategic relationship to give Samsung more presence on the high-street. Apple already their own branded stores across the UK and this could be Samsung's answer.
