Ever feel like the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge would be that little bit better if it had Iron Man’s face on the back? Well you’re in luck, because now it does. Or it does if you buy the new limited edition Iron Man version anyway.
The handset comes in red with a gold coloured frame and other than the new colour scheme and the presence of Iron Man’s face on the back it’s not much different from the standard versions of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, though it does come with a wireless charger designed to look like one of Tony Stark’s arc reactors along with a clear cover to keep the phone protected.
The handset also has Iron Man wallpapers pre-installed, but otherwise it’s just a 64GB version of the Galaxy S6 Edge.
That’s no bad thing though, given that the S6 Edge is almost as high tech as Iron Man himself, with its powerful Exynos 7420 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, dual-curved QHD Super AMOLED screen and impressive 16 megapixel camera.
This is definitely one for serious Iron Man fans only though and more specifically for Iron Man fans in South Korea, China and Hong Kong as those are the only markets it’s been confirmed for with 1000 units to be available in each. And the price is still yet to be confirmed.
South Korean customers should be able to buy it from today, while those in Hong Kong and China will have to wait until sometime in June. But if you’re not in one of those countries you could always build your own Iron Man suit and jet over there. Or import it.
