Samsung have unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Chat, which is an Android 4.0 smartphone with a full QWERTY keyboard.
The Samsung Galaxy Chat has a 3.0 inch touch-screen (320*240 pixels), as well as the aforementioned QWERTY keyboard. This makes it the perfect smartphone for social networking and it even comes pre-loaded with Samsung's ChatOn messaging application.
The Galaxy Chat also comes pre-loaded with Quick Office which enables easy viewing and editing of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint files. The business credentials are further enhanced by the smartphones email support.
The Samsung Galaxy Chat runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich which means it benefits from a stunning user-interface, enhanced multi-tasking , a new lock-screen and comes with excellent data monitoring software.
Samsung's new smartphone is an affordable device which is powered by an 850 MHz processor, has 4GB of on-board memory and a 2 mega-pixel camera. Supported connectivity includes 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth .
We're not what price the Galaxy Chat will launch at , but if we had to guess we'd say around £199 Samsung didn't unveil the exact launch date either, but did state that the smartphone would begin rolling out worldwide in July.
