The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is Samsung’s mid-range alternative to the Samsung Galaxy S25. So this is a cheaper phone, but it still has most of the Galaxy S25’s best features.
In fact, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE even has the Galaxy S25 beaten in some ways, with for example a larger 6.7-inch AMOLED display. This is a high-end screen too, with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080 x 2340 resolution. For comparison, the standard Samsung Galaxy S25 has just a 6.2-inch screen with the same resolution.
Being a bigger phone, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE also has a higher capacity battery, coming in at 4,900mAh, while the standard Galaxy S25’s is just 4,000mAh. And you can charge this phone faster, at a speedy 45W, while there’s also 15W wireless charging.
Elsewhere the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE doesn’t necessarily beat the base Galaxy S25, but it either matches it or comes close in most ways, including its triple-lens camera, with a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide (with a 123-degree field of view), and an 8MP telephoto offering 3x optical zoom. Given that this phone also has a 12MP front-facing camera and can shoot video in up to 8K quality, this is a comprehensive photography setup.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is also powerful, with a high-end Exynos 2400 chipset and 8GB of RAM, which is enough to smoothly handle AI tasks and demanding games.
Plus, it’s every bit as water resistant as high-end phones, thanks to an IP68 rating, and at just 7.4mm thick this is a slim, stylish handset. And with the promise of seven major operating system updates, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE should also last for years and years – and keep getting better over time.
