We’re living through unprecedented times, and Three is doing all it can to support its customers in a variety of ways.
For one thing, it has launched a new one-month 4G home broadband plan to help keep people connected. Previously the company only offered 4G home broadband on 12 or 24-month plans, but now it can be flexible and short-term.
This plan comes with unlimited data and costs £30 per month, plus £29 upfront. There’s no need for an engineer visit or a landline, and Three is offering free next working day delivery, so you can get online in no time.
But that’s not all. Three has also pledged not to disconnect any customers who are struggling to pay their bill during this time – if you’re among those customers, just give the network a call on 333 from your Three phone and select the relevant option.
Three is also doing its bit to support the NHS, as it has launched a special one-month rolling, flexible contract with unlimited data, minutes and texts for just £18 per month, exclusively for NHS workers. The standard price for those allowances would be £26, so this is a big saving.
Any role within a healthcare organisation qualifies for this plan, and you can find out more about it or sign up here.
Finally, Three is also helping customers stay in touch with friends and family abroad by offering a discount on its International Saver Add-on. This is currently reduced from £15.32 per month to just £10 per month, and it gives you 3000 minutes to use in 31 international destinations, such as the US, Canada, Japan, China, France, and Germany.
And on a related note, Three is also looking into additional ways to help customers stranded abroad keep in touch with their families. If that’s you then give Three a call if you haven’t already, as the network will be handling this on a case by case basis.
