Overview

Huawei P20 Pro

The Huawei P20 Pro has one of the best cameras you’ll find on a smartphone, or maybe we should say three of the best, as there are three cameras on the back, which is something you won’t find anywhere else.

There’s a 40MP one, a 20MP one and an 8MP one, which combined allowed for detailed shots and up to 5x times zoom without compromising image quality.

It’s also powered by AI, meaning the camera can automatically tell if you’re looking at an animal for example and change the settings accordingly. Plus, there’s slow motion recording at 960fps and another top camera on the front, this time a 24MP one.

The Huawei P20 Pro also has a big 6.1-inch OLED screen, delivering vibrant visuals in a 1080 x 2244 resolution.

It also has a huge 4,000mAh battery, which should last longer than most phones, and fast charging, so you can get back into action quickly when it runs down.

The design is premium as well, with a glass back, a metal frame and optionally a ‘gradient’ finish in twilight or pink gold, which delivers a rainbow of different colours.

The Huawei P20 Pro is very powerful too, as it has a top-end octa-core Kirin 970 chipset and a massive 6GB of RAM, so it should easily be able to run all your apps and games, even when multitasking.

It runs Android 8.1 of course, and has 128GB of storage built in, so you have plenty of space for media.

You’ll also benefit from Dolby audio for great sound when listening to music, gaming or watching videos, and you can connect the Huawei P20 Pro to a monitor with a single cable, letting you see your phone’s display on a big screen or use it like a desktop computer.
